My life’s purpose is about inspiring conscious parenting, partnerships and womanhood. I offer my clients enthusiasm, empowerment, inspiration, honest inquiry and deep attention to explore these areas.
A Certified Parent Coach and Parent Educator, I care deeply about improving communication in families, returning the joy and connection to parent-child relationships. I coach parents individually, teach classes and run parenting support groups. As a teacher of Alison Armstrong’s PAX relationship work, I also help men and women understand one another better and bridge their differences to find greater peace and fulfillment in their partnerships. As co-founder of Tumbling Goddess and a creative arts therapist, I also specialize in coaching women through the ‘lost years’ of mid-life, empowering them to redefine, express & celebrate themselves during this time.
My varied background includes a degree from Princeton University and London’s Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, as well as professional incarnations ranging from therapist and workshop leader to actress, singer, voice teacher and manager of classical musicians. Though I was raised in Germany and the UK and lived at the Esalen Institute for several years, I am now delighted to make my permanent home in Santa Barbara with my husband and 4 year old son.
